Orders and shipments
We ship throughout Europe and to major non-EU countries.
- Italy: 1-3 working days
- EU: 3-5 working days
- Extra EU: 5-7 working days
We work with UPS, DHL, TNT and InPost (coming soon).
Yes, for orders over €150. For lower amounts, the cost varies based on the shipping country, which can be found at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
Yes, you have 14 days to make a return.
The return costs €7 for each returned item. This contribution allows us to cover logistics and management costs, while still guaranteeing you a simple, traceable and fast return process.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used, within 15 days of the request.
The amount will be credited back exclusively:
- on the same card used at the time of purchase, whether prepaid, debit or credit
- or to the same PayPal account used for payment.

- Klarna (payment by installments)
No, we do not currently offer these options.

No, you can also place an order as a guest, but creating an account allows you to manage orders and returns more easily.
