Resi e Rimborsi

Brupa accetta resi entro 14 giorni dalla data di consegna, in conformità con la normativa vigente sul diritto di recesso.

I resi sono accettati nei seguenti casi:

• articolo difettoso o danneggiato

• articolo errato rispetto a quanto ordinato

• richiesta di cambio taglia, previa disponibilità e autorizzazione

Non saranno accettati resi nei seguenti casi:

• l’articolo è stato usato o indossato, anche solo parzialmente

• manca il cartellino originale

• manca o è stato rimosso il tag di protezione

• la confezione originale o la busta del brand è danneggiata o assente

• il prodotto restituito non è nelle stesse condizioni in cui è stato ricevuto

Procedura di reso:

1. invia la richiesta di reso tramite il link “Resi” presente nel footer del sito

2. una volta approvata la richiesta, riceverai via email l’etichetta di spedizione prepagata

3. spedisci il prodotto includendo la conferma ricevuta

4. il pacco verrà verificato dalla nostra logistica

5. se il reso è conforme, riceverai:

• un prodotto sostitutivo

• oppure un buono di acquisto valido su brupa.it

• oppure un rimborso diretto con nota di credito

Costo del reso:

7 euro per articolo, detratto automaticamente dal rimborso.

Returns and Refunds

Brupa accepts returns within 14 days from the delivery date, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• defective or damaged item

• wrong item received

• size change request (subject to availability and approval)

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

• the item has been used or worn, even partially

• the original tag is missing

• the security tag has been removed or is missing

• the original brand packaging is missing or damaged

• the item is not returned in the same condition in which it was received

Return procedure:

1. submit your return request via the “Returns” link in the website footer

2. once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email

3. ship the item, including the return confirmation

4. our logistics team will inspect the returned package

5. if the return is approved, you will receive:

• a replacement item

• or a store credit

• or a refund with credit note

Return cost:

7 euros per item, deducted from the refund.

 

Rückgabe und Erstattung

Brupa akzeptiert Rückgaben innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Bestellung, gemäß den geltenden gesetzlichen Regelungen.

Rückgaben werden in folgenden Fällen akzeptiert:

• defekte oder beschädigte Ware

• falsch gelieferte Artikel

• Wunsch nach Größenänderung (je nach Verfügbarkeit und Freigabe)

Rückgaben werden in folgenden Fällen abgelehnt:

• der Artikel wurde benutzt oder auch nur teilweise getragen

• das Originaletikett fehlt

• das Sicherheitsetikett wurde entfernt oder fehlt

• die Originalverpackung oder Markenverpackung ist beschädigt oder fehlt

• der Artikel ist nicht im ursprünglichen Zustand

Rückgabeprozess:

1. Rückgabeanfrage über den Link “Rückgabe” im Footer der Website senden

2. nach Genehmigung erhalten Sie per E-Mail ein vorfrankiertes Rücksendeetikett

3. senden Sie den Artikel zusammen mit der Rückgabebestätigung zurück

4. unser Logistikteam überprüft das Paket

5. wenn alles in Ordnung ist, erhalten Sie:

• einen Ersatzartikel

• oder einen Einkaufsgutschein für brupa.it

• oder eine Rückerstattung mit Gutschrift

Rücksendekosten:

7 Euro pro Artikel, werden automatisch vom Erstattungsbetrag abgezogen.
